Hridayam Summer 2024 Medical Volunteering Programme (with Raising & Giving Society, Imperial College School of Medicine, London)

 

We are grateful to the following medical students from ICSM who visited India and worked very hard, serving our patients whilst gaining valuable clinical, non-clinical and volunteering skills, besides participatiing in community screening, rural/semi-rural and teaching/educational events, especially the famous HOLD-ON Summit on 30 June 2024.

 

This ran from 19 June - 03 July 2024 at Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India as HQ, with rural/semi-rural sites at Khuguni & Rahimpur, and the HOLD-ON summit at Darbhanga. The HOLD community screening programme was at Panapur.

Sara Terraciano participated remotely in the HOLD-ON Summit.

 

This was with the help of existing and experienced regular volunteers, comprising of multitasking individuals with varied backgrounds, who have benefited from our programmes. 

 

Built upon our years of experience, we are offering a range of options of 2 week (including travel dates) Fellowship / Training / Volunteering / Work Experience Placement to suitable candidates looking for developing skills in Clinical Cardiology, Diabetology, Echocardiography, Clinical Coding, Cardiac Pharmacology, Lifestyle, Communication, Counselling, General Volunteering and Work Experience.
